Cayman Islands Cookout in January

The 2nd Annual Cayman Islands Cookout will be Jan. 14-18, hosted by celebrity chef Eric Ripert, of the Grand Cayman restaurant, Blue.

Brought to you by the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism, The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, and Food & Wine magazine, the Cayman Cookout gives guests from across the globe the opportunity to indulge in Caribbean cuisine prepared by some of the top chefs in the world.
